A Night With The Media & The Launching of Menara Kuala Lumpur's New Website.
Menara Kuala Lumpur – 2007 is about to end, bringing down the curtain for a tremendous, prosperous year while 2008 awaits for another exciting journey. To mark its achievements in 2007 and to express its heartiest gratitude to all media agencies for their support and role in boosting its image, Menara Kuala Lumpur is organizing a Night with the Media.
“Without the strong support from the media, Menara Kuala Lumpur will be just a name but with the corporation of all media. Menara Kuala Lumpur is now a well known tourist attraction not only in South East Asia, but also worldwide” said Dato’ Zulkifli Mohamad, CEO of Menara Kuala Lumpur.
Menara Kuala Lumpur has carved its name in the ‘Malaysia Book of Records’ by hosting an international base jumping event since the year 1999 and hence, the international society acknowledged the tower as the only tower that hosting such tremendous event without fail for six consecutive year .
Tonight will be one of the unforgettable nights as Menara Kuala Lumpur will raise the curtain of year 2008 with the launching of its new, fresh, innovative and creative upgraded website and at the same time will be releasing the event calendar for year 2008 for Menara Kuala Lumpur, Muzium Telekom and Menara Alor Star.
“Throughout the year, Menara Kuala Lumpur will be posting a dozens of events for media not to be missed such as Football Tournament, Media Xplore Race from Menara Kuala Lumpur to Muzium Telekom and Menara Alor Star, Media Paintball, Bowling Tournament, Karaoke and many more exciting events” he added.
In addition, Menara Kuala Lumpur will also be focusing on corporate social responsibility and charity events for the orphanage, disabled and unfortunate citizens. Also, Menara Kuala Lumpur will have the Flood Aid Mission on the January month in collaboration with Radio 24 at 93.9fm frequency as a beginning of charity event for 2008
Year 2008 will be an exciting year as it offers thrilling and electrifying events that will draw the interest from domestic and international tourist with all new and unique activities that will introduce the visitors to Culture, Adventure and Nature.
“In conjunction with New Year’s Eve Celebration Menara Kuala Lumpur will extend the Observation Deck’s operation hours until 1.00am.
