Recently, on the 16th December 2006, Menara Kuala Lumpur and Bernama had organized Media Bowling Tournament at ARL Powerbowl, Putrajaya. 25 teams comprising of journalists and photographers took part in this tournament.  The event was held as a token of appreciation to the media whom had always support and promoting Kuala Lumpur Tower, the fourth tallest tower in the world, through out the recent years. Kumpulan Karangkraf was announced as the champion and received RM 1,000 cash in prize. All prizes were given out respectively by Y.Bhg Datuk Zakaria Abdul Wahab, BERNAMA Deputy Editor; Tuan Syamsani Tuan Mansur, General Manager of Marketing & Commercial Development; Tuan Hj Mohd Yasim Abd Rahman, Head of Human Capital & Administration; and Mr. Mahmood Ibrahim, General Manager of Building Management on behalf of Kuala Lumpur Tower.
