MENARA KUALA LUMPUR ONE STEP CLOSER TO ISO9001:2000

 

4 Jun 2008 – Dato’ Zulkifli Mohamad, Chief Executive Officer of Menara Kuala Lumpur has officially launched QMS ISO9001:2000 Implementation and Training (or Stage 5) at Menara Kuala Lumpur, which marks a first in the country for tourism services. Menara Kuala Lumpur aims to be certified with ISO9001:2000 before the year ends in order to achieve exceptional value services with cost effectives, high quality, faster speed and excellent after sales services to customers in a more structured and systematic approach.  It also aims to achieve service ability and availability with effective and efficient service delivery and installation, service restoration and availability of facilities system with organization excellence with motivated and productivity workforce with right competencies and work altitude.
